You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Even if you didn’t create an account at checkout, your order is still linked to your email address. Simply log in using your email, and we’ll send you a 6-digit code to access your order details.
Alternatively, tracking information is included in the shipping confirmation email you’ll receive once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received this email yet, your order hasn’t been shipped.
Please check your order confirmation for the estimated delivery time, or log into your account for the latest updates. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder, as the email might end up there.
